...DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO
PEAK TONIGHT AND INTO EARLY THIS WORKWEEK. ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND TOMORROW...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the Winter Weather
Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 1 inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
north central, northeast, northwest and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Tuesday. For
the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The
cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
