...DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. ADDITIONAL MINOR SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and north central, northeast, northwest and west central Missouri. * WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will continue through Monday evening, likely resulting in only minor accumulation less than 1 inch.
